Femmes Du Monde

The campaign site which informs about the fact of women who work in the tea industry in Sri Lanka. More than 90% of workers in the tea industry are women, however, most of them are working in plantation and they don’t have any access to the higher education to learn advanced skills like manufacturing. In this way women in Sri Lank are forced to keep doing plantation work, and there is the income gap between the workers who work at farms and who work at the factories in industry.

The aim of Femmes Du Monde, founded by Mrs. Maite Bruneaud, who works in the industry of luxury in Geneva, Switzerland, is to provide the education system to women who work in tea industry. The email registration form are set at the bottom of the websites in order to gather the participants. Registered email addresses will be stored in MailChimp’s database.
